Background & credentials

Burak builds at the intersection of digital security, useful software, and human care.

His background spans cybersecurity and IT operations, including work at ATSG İnşaat. He founded Kuznetsov Solutions in 2019 and has since built public tools for network research, IP and DNS intelligence, breach checks, metadata inspection, and automation. Rudy Intelligence is another expression of that work.

As founder and CEO of Rudy Systems, Burak brings those ventures together. Kuznetsov Solutions investigates and builds for a safer digital world; Still explores a gentler path into mental wellbeing. Across both, privacy, practical engineering, and the people using the technology guide his decisions.

His professional learning includes Harvard’s CS50 through edX, Cisco networking, and IBM project-management fundamentals. He holds EC-Council’s Certified Ethical Hacker credential and continues to develop the companies, tools, and ideas alongside Haylie.

At Still, Haylie has been a central force behind the vision, voice, and development of an application designed to make mental wellbeing support feel more personal, gentle, and grounded in real life. Her perspective keeps the work connected to the people it is meant to serve.
